Usually After Final Year MBBS students don't know where to go or what needs to be done and They keep asking their Seniors that What now? What one must Do? What are my options?

 One Option is to Take Months of Rest, Getting some Fat , chillig out with Family and Friends, Getting New Hobbies and many of Post University Resolutions that You always planned to do but You're not going to do it any way :p 

 Or??

 You can Get some idea that what Useful you can do with your life ??

 So Here I Am To give you some idea of what you can do, its totally up to your priorities but Maybe for those who have zero idea like I used to have , Can be helpful for them so? Lets see

 Right after you've cleared your final year your first priority should be to get the documentation completed, What kind of Documentation that Varies from country to Country , just Go and Ask your Administration block about the process, 

 Just Try to keep Calm in front of their Attitude :D 

 And As soon as possible apply for Your Country's License (in Pakistan Its called as PMC Registration) because if you don't do that You are going to have a hard time in getting house Jobs(Foundation Year) , I said Hard time not impossible many institutes accept the application receipt as a document and many don't even ask for it. Then

  what you need to do is to prioritize that What I want to do? And Where you want to see yourself after 7 years from today? And make steps of it .

 There are many options people are gonna seek I am going to mention some of those only

 Some people are Going to prioritize to Stay in Pakistan (FCPS, MCPS, MRCP , MS , MD, MOship or RMO)

 Some of you are going to decide to Study and Reside in America (USMLE, FICS , FICP and Many More)

 Some Will plan for UK(PLAB, MRCP, MRCS, FRCP, FRCS, FRCR, MRCOBG and many more)

 Some of you will be Deciding for Australia(AMC)

 Some of you guys will Mark Gulf countries as their priority(HAAD , OLE)

 And Many of you will also think of Ireland as their Dream country(MRCP IRE)

 Some of you will Love to go to teaching Side and Do M.Phill, PhD and Become Great Teachers.

 And Yes there will be many more options but Once you have made your mindset according to your and your family needs and ambitions , Next step is to get yourself Career Counselled for what are the Basic requirements for that Path, You can get it from the Official Websites and I'll also try to get some info regarding that as well.

 Remember This in Your Life
"Learn to Be happy in other's Success and Be prepared for Failures because its your life, Its your Success You Can't Measure Your Success on Someone Else's Scale"

 If you are planning to Remain in Pakistan , First thing you need to decide is How much time you've before starting your House job, is it a month or two or Is it more than 3 months

 If it is more than 3 months consider learning BLS ans ACLS protocols and Doing internships in those institutes who teach that I think every doctor should know about both of these and I assure you its gonna be a great experience and If you are planning to go outside the country then its the best opportunity for you to Book and prepare for Ielts/OET and clear that before or in the start of House job

If its less than 2 months then consider Preparing for the hospital you desire very slowly because After the hectic environment of Final Year It ain't going to be easy, stay relax , give yourself time and your family also but also keep studying slowly for it.

 but before Deciding that keep in mind, House job's outcome is mainly dependent upon you , if you don't get it in your desired hospital then you'll have to work harder to reach that Level.

 So for the desired Hospital , Prepare for its test and Get an idea from seniors that How did they manage to get in there , I accept there have been problems regarding the merit but I can Guarantee you It ain't Dead yet. You can always try, so collect it's Past papers and Revise Also some final year books just in case past papers don't repeat and Make a mindset that I am going to take that Field.

 Once you have got your House job in the desired or undesirable hospital , make a mindset that what Field you are going to do in your future , just for example if you are interested in Paediatrics Medicine , Make sure you Do at least 3 months of rotation in that ward to have a good exposure of it and sometimes in Post Graduate Training some institutes also ask a 3 months House job certificate . and Also try to Decide Weather you are going to choose Medicine or Surgery in your Future so that You can Take first Rotations in Initial Stages of Housejob when Energy is at peak!

 and also make a mindset what wards you are aiming, I accept it happens you don't get the ward you desire but there is always a option for attachment so all is not lost , if your degree demands must 3 months experience then attachment is a also key, What is it? its kind of an internship that is added with your Housejob experience, means you'll work as a House Officer for more 3 months in the desired Department.

 During the House job What my seniors Used to Say is:
Learn to At least Symptomatically Treat the patient and Know how to Prevent Complications, in the Same Way indication are necessary to Study but Contraindications are more to Important to save the Patient
Never Ever take an step in your House job if you don't know the Procedure , its Contraindications and indications , At least perform it 10 times under Senor's Surveillance and Don't Get boosted up on staff's Guidance they can teach you yes but they are not doctors and there is always a difference.

 Simultaneously During the House job keep an eye on Your Documentations , and as mentioned earlier Go to Administration block and you'll get the Job Done

 Housejob is not all about medical Learning and Studies! What I Learned was
And With that Keep Seeking people what they have achieved in their lives, and how did they manage to do it and what are pros and cons of the affected Field

 Keep Meeting People and Keep Learning from them , No One is Useless and Shifa Comes with Kindness, Keep Finding Routes for Moulding your future and Be sincere to your profession, even if you are not willing to be a surgeon but still give your 100% in Surgery rotation, you Might end up learning some things that may save you later.

 Last 3 months of House job are also Crucial And Try to take as much Relax + Learning ward as possible because this will help you perform your duties but also Read as much as possible for upcoming attempts for whatever you planned for your future.

 But Still with all of that, Enjoy your phase! This will never come back! In terms of specific Fields I hope to get some stuff collected to help you more , till them Keep Looking Through the Bare Window
