Well Things are not going well for Now but hope they'll soon be Back on track, But While The situation is still out of control

There were certainly some positive things happening around in our Society, Doctors are being given extreme amount of respect within or outside the Society, While in the lock down People are bound to remain where they are, Doctors do have free pass to where ever they want to Go They can

They are being Saluted and Being given Massive amount of Respect all around and That's what is the driving these doctors forward in these difficult circumstances..

But is that Enough? Are they being Treated The Best? Lets Share A Different Context with you all..

The Majority of Doctors in Pakistan are Not recognized By A regulatory Body! Or to be very precise They are not considered as registered doctors World Wide, Because almost a year ago The Regulatory Body of Doctors PMDC was dissolved Overnight, and a New regulatory Body was formed Which Didn't become fully Active for whole Year... So What Happened that Almost 20 to 25 Thousand New Doctors that were graduated were not Registered and After a year when PMC also Failed to reach the desired marks, The PMDC was brought back that as well Didn't Become fully active and Another year has arrived so almost 50 thousand Doctors are unrecognized.. on 30th March 2020 High Court Ordered to Open PMDC on immediate effect which Did seem like a ray of light but Again it was Closed within a day and Are planning to Re open with Half Active body, That I Ain't sure will be upto the mark or not! Then Think of it like? Its a Political Dilemma now! IF YOU OPEN PMDC , PMC EMPLOYEES WILL OPPOSE AND VICE VERSA! And Who will suffer Only Drs!

So Tell me that? In times of Crisis , Doesn't Government Need Doctors? Well Decision is up to you that Is there enough justice for them?

Well Salute to those , who even after not getting registered are volunteering themselves to perform their duties against COVID-19 and Most interesting news is They Don't have PPE(Proper Protective Equipment) Means All the blood , Sputum or Whatever Secretion does a patient have, even if a single patient Which is Corona Positive can easily transmit Disease to the Healthcare Professional, and Interestingly those Equipment that Were Easily available and less costly have become difficult to gain because of increased costs and Unavailability So Think of it is like

Doctors are Not Courageous , they are simply nuts :D Not Registered Not Protected Not well paid :D

Speaking of being not well paid, There is Certain Areas in Punjab that are being paid Extra Risk Allowance That Media Shows, Well Thinking about the largest Quarantine Center in Sukkur, Majority of doctors of Larkana and Sukkur are unpaid from an year :D So Yeah They are given Salutes ONLY :D

are They Well Protected from Social Violence, umm According to my knowledge three time a Escalation has happened with no Protection to Doctors,

So Just Imagine, About a father Whose One Daughter Is Serving in One hospital , Other One is in Quarantine Unit , Seems like Doctors Consume Air only and Interestingly

if Someone asks any Doctor What is your Biggest Fear ? People Do Expect that They would say that they are afraid of Dying !

But 90% of them answer as

I am Not afraid of Getting Infected, I am Afraid that If I got Infected, I might transfer it to my family members and Thats the last thing I Would Want in my life, being The reason For their Destruction

Well I Can only Say, Things are going to get worse! But if you compare th graphs , The lock down did slowdown the Progress of Corona Virus but as the days are passing by, more people are getting used to it and Getting reckless, More People are getting out, more people are now taking less precautions thinking that It wont hurt them

My Suggestion is Even if Lock down is Over, Don't go out, cover yourselves, Take all the precautions, its a matter of whole year at least, Don't get lazy, Do your jobs from your as much as possible, isolate yourselves if you even get a slight amount of flu, it won't harm anyone..

Respect your Doctors and Understand when they are asking you to keep the distance , Listen to them when They ask you to Go to another hospital, its called Referral, Understand when they ask you to take precautions, they are not getting anything in return, Understand their situation and don't try to Beat the hell out of them.. We are all in this together and We'll get through this together

Till Them Keep Looking through the Bare Window!
