Well well Pakistan has Recently called this as a major outbreak the Dengue Bhai, but this disease have always been there..

Its just People has started to be diagnosed more often, courtesy High alert to Doctors to test every person with high Grade Fever and Unspecified symptoms,  

Apart from doctors even We common people can diagnose Dengue by itself just by Getting tests done when We feel High grade fever , Severe Headache, Fatigue , Nausea, vomiting and Specially Bleeding from any area just by Doing a simple test CBC (Complete Blood Count) and noticing the platelets that should be more than 1.5 lacs, if No then urgently seek a Doctor nearby. 


About Dengue if you're positive, its ok! Just Don't hit the panic button.. Just Make sure you repeat That CBC test and Keep an eye on platelets every 2nd Day.. about 70% of people recover on their own within 2-3 weeks , Ola that's something.

If Diagnosed early from those 30% people only 2-3% is the mortality rate, means Early diagnosis is the Key!

If You have been diagnosed with dengue,  its the best option to keep the medicines to minimal because they won't help much but your Self Care will ,Make sure to

▪︎Stay Hydrated 
▪︎Take Fresh Juices
▪︎Avoid Hair Combing ( Prefer Hands)
▪︎Avoid Tooth Brushing (Use Mouthwash) 
▪︎Avoid Intra Muscular injections

Well apart from all that ,Prevention is better than cure, Make sure to keep your surroundings safe as you can't expect others to do that for you and Don't let the clean water be stored with open lids because that's a party scene for Dengue bhai..

Wear long sleeves, Use mosquito repellents as Female Anapheles Mosquito is the real Vehicle for Dengue virus
